Position Overview:
Business Development Associate (BDA): -
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team.

The BDA will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our company.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to advance your career in sales and business development within a supportive and innovative environment.



Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers within the target market.


- Research and analyze sales options, competitive landscape, and business opportunities.


- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.


- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.


- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.


- Coordinate with team members to ensure successful project execution.


- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.


- Negotiate and close deals; handle objections and secure agreements.


- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.

Create marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral.


- Manage digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.


- Utilize social media platforms and digital tools for marketing and promotional activities.


- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies as needed.


- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) to integrate marketing strategies with business development initiatives.


- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to guide marketing strategies.

Qualifications
Final year students with No More Than 3 Standing Arrears
Minimum GPA of 6.0
All Graduates and Post Graduates are eligible
Students with previous experience in business development or roles will be given priority

- CTC INR 4 LPA (405140 Kyrgystani Som per Annum) + INR 2.5 LPA (253212 Kyrgystani Som per Annum) variable
- Probation (Internship of 3 months and Full time Job Role Based on Performance)
